Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 15 days of purchase, provided that:

The request is accompanied by the original sales receipt and original Doem packaging

The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

All original tags are intact

Price Adjustments & Promotions

If the item has a price reduction due to a sale or promotion, exchanges will be processed according to the new, reduced price.

Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items

Damage claims must be made within 3 days of purchase.

For online orders, any damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Used or misused items will not be eligible for exchange.
